Auricall's AI is built on the calls, chats and notes already in your account — summarised as they arrive, indexed per contact, and rebuilt whenever something changes. It cites which conversation an answer came from, and tells you what it has not read.

Built from real sources
Eligible calls, customer chats and standard notes feed the snapshot. Nothing else is invented to fill gaps.
Rebuilt on change
A new interaction, a profile edit, a company change or a contact merge all trigger a fresh generation.
Versioned publication
Each generation is versioned and only published if it is still the latest requested one, so a slow job never overwrites newer work.
Locked rebuilds
Contact-scoped locks stop two rebuilds publishing at once. Contention and provider failures retry with backoff.
Fails safe
A failed generation keeps the previous published snapshot rather than leaving you with nothing.
Retention aware
When source material expires or a person is anonymised, indexed chunks and the snapshot are removed with it.

Open Ask AI on any contact and ask in plain language. Ordinary questions use explicit semantic and keyword retrieval. Lifetime or exhaustive questions — “everything we have ever discussed” — use the structured memory plus a bounded pass over every eligible interaction summary.
