UK Voice minutes are 500 on Fixed and 1,000 on Growth, pooled for inbound to a UK number and outbound to the UK. Additional usage is billed per minute at standard rates.

AI is included on Voice Growth and Bundle Growth only, with a monthly cap. Chat-only is a single £19 price with no AI. Fixed Voice has no AI.
Yes. Prices are per person, per month, excluding VAT. Call minutes are pooled across the account.
Yes. Add Voice from Settings → Billing at any time and you move onto the Bundle price, which is less than the two separate plans together. AI is available on Bundle Growth.
UK minutes beyond your allowance, international calls, and recording usage are billed per minute at standard rates shown in your account. Outbound calling may be blocked if a monthly usage spend cap applies. Some destinations may not be available to dial.
Numbers are billed separately from £5/month (ex VAT), with the exact price before purchase. Included UK minutes cover inbound to a UK number and outbound to the UK. All other usage is billed at standard per-minute rates. Reseller customers may have a monthly usage cap set by their provider.
No. Billing is monthly and rolling. Cancel from Settings → Billing, export your contacts and call history, and port your numbers out.
