AI Meeting Notetaker

The meeting ends. The useful record is ready.

Send a visible Auricall Notetaker into Google Meet, record an in-person conversation from your device, or import an existing recording. Auricall keeps the audio private, identifies speakers, writes a detailed account of what happened and separates real follow-ups from background discussion.

Three ways in

Capture the conversation you are actually having.

A scheduled video call, a conversation around a table and an audio file from another source should not require three different note-taking systems.

Google Meet notetaker

Paste an active Google Meet link and send Auricall Notetaker as a visible participant. The host admits it from the waiting room; it records audio, not video.

Record the room

Use the browser or mobile microphone for an in-person meeting. Auricall records microphone input only and makes the capture state unmistakable.

Import a recording

Upload MP3, M4A, WAV, WebM, OGG or MP4 audio you already hold and put it through the same transcript and analysis workflow.

After the meeting

Not a three-line recap. A record someone can work from.

For a substantive meeting, Auricall writes a detailed, grounded summary covering the purpose, discussion, decisions, rationale, constraints, risks, unresolved questions and agreed next steps. Short meetings stay proportionately short rather than being padded.

  • Speaker-labelled transcript with timestamps
  • Detailed summary grounded in the transcript
  • Important names, dates and figures preserved
  • Decisions and stated rationale captured
  • Risks and unresolved questions surfaced
  • Distinct action items deduplicated
  • Owners only assigned when responsibility is clear
  • Deadlines only included when they were stated

Processing path

01

Recording secured

Audio remains available to the owner until it is deleted.

02

Speakers separated

The transcript is divided into timestamped speaker turns.

03

Meeting analysed

Context, decisions, risks and follow-ups become a detailed record.

04

Ready to review

Edit the title or summary, listen back and inspect every action item.

Share deliberately

Share the notes, not automatically the recording.

Create a revocable public link for someone who does not have an Auricall account. Choose any combination of summary, transcript, action items and recording; anything left unticked is withheld by the API, not just hidden on the page.

Summary

Share the detailed written account without exposing the raw transcript.

Transcript

Share the timestamped speaker record when exact wording matters.

Action items

Give people the follow-ups without making the rest of the meeting public.

Recording

Audio is off for existing links and only becomes public when you explicitly select it.

Control

Visible capture. Explicit consent. Revocable access.

A visible participant

Auricall Notetaker appears by name in Google Meet and must be admitted by the host. It is not a hidden recorder.

Consent stays explicit

The person starting a capture confirms responsibility for notifying participants and obtaining the consent required where they operate.

Owner-scoped meetings

Meeting records and private playback are scoped to the account and owner. A public link only exposes the sections selected for that link.

Delete the source

Deleting a meeting removes its recording, transcript, summary, action items and public access link together.
