You buy seats at 20% off Auricall's pre-VAT list prices. Voice Fixed £27 becomes £21.6/user/month at wholesale. You set your customer price at our retail, above, or below, but not lower than wholesale.
You do, on your Stripe Connect account. Auricall bills you separately each month for wholesale seats plus carrier pass-through for numbers and call usage on your book of business.
Each customer gets a monthly call usage cap (default £100, ex VAT) you can raise or lower. Outbound calls block when the cap is hit, protecting you from runaway international spend before you've collected from the customer.
You can price below our list to win deals, down to wholesale (20% off retail). At our list price you keep the full 20% margin on seats immediately.
No. Numbers rent from £5/month and usage beyond the UK minute pool is billed at standard per-minute rates. Your customer pays retail; you pay carrier cost on the wholesale invoice.
