Switching honestly
Auricall is not a contact centre suite and does not host video conferencing. It can send a visible notetaker into supported third-party meetings and turn their audio into a transcript, summary and action items. If hosted video is a hard requirement, we would rather tell you now than during a trial.
Moving from 3CX
No. Auricall is fully hosted — there is no server to provision, patch or back up.
Yes. We issue credentials so existing desk phones register against your Auricall account.
Voice runs on carrier-grade network infrastructure covering number search and purchase, porting, inbound and outbound calling and call events. We do not publish our suppliers, but the service is not resold from a consumer VoIP platform.
Yes. Recording and retention are account settings, and recordings are held on encrypted object storage governed by them.
